• Ensure timely project delivery within budget.
• Conduct project risk analysis and communicate risks effectively.

• Create clear documentation using AI-assisted tools.
• Collaborate with the Recruiting Team for onboarding.
• Define project vision and goals, focusing on process optimization.
• Implement best practices for project execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of commercial experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in Fixed Price projects.
• Strong risk management and leadership skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced understanding of corporate environments.
• Ability to manage projects involving automation and integrations.
• Awareness of AI capabilities and limitations.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
