Overview

The Customer Success Manager (SeeClickFix) plays a critical role in customer retention and satisfaction by effectively communicating our corporate value proposition to assist in driving new functionality and community engagement to existing customers.

In Short

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with SeeClickFix customers.
  • Provide detailed knowledge on CivicPlus products.
  • Educate customers on usability and engagement.
  • Lead virtual customer meetings.
  • Identify new sales opportunities during interactions.
  • Perform demonstrations of modules or new functionality.
  • Analyze and compile accurate responses for customer requests.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer feedback.
  • Communicate effectively through various channels.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1 – 2 years of applicable experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong persuasive, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong phone presence.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Professional level written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to have tough conversations balancing customer and company needs.
