Overview

The Vice President – Client Services is responsible for leading RPO service delivery teams across a portfolio of client accounts within a sector, ensuring that programs, projects and the account financials meet or exceed the expectations of Cielo and our clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field preferred.

• Excellent people management skills with experience in coaching and mentoring.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and analyze data for decision making.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of self-organization and attention to detail.
