Overview

The Sales Director will lead a sales team focused on organically growing Certus’ digital skills-based training, responsible for creating revenue-generating opportunities and managing sales processes to increase market share.

Requirements

  • 5+ years leading a sales team in the SaaS industry.
  • Ability to provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Understanding of general trade skills is a plus.
  • Experience in consultative, value-based sales methodology.
  • Ability to sell to executive-level decision-makers.
  • Proactive and independent work style.
  • Professional and ethical conduct.
  • Competitive nature and team-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft products.
