Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales management in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Experience with mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Executive presence for C-level relationships.
  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas through training and development.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for data analysis.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
