In Short

  • Drive sales deals and partner with sales teams.

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience partnering with sales and product management.
  • Ability to design and implement technical solutions.
  • Strong empathy for customer needs.
  • Sales Methodology training preferred.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, especially around technical concepts.
  • Previous experience partnering with sales, product management, customer success.
  • Ability to design and implement technical solutions.
  • Strong empathy and understanding of customer needs.
  • Continuous learner about new technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales Methodology training is preferred.
  • Ability to act as a thought leader.
