In Short

• Provide customer training sessions both virtually and onsite.
• Create and update training materials and documentation.
• Conduct surveys to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Communicate customer feedback for platform improvements.
• Schedule and lead Train-the-Trainer sessions with contractors.
• Manage daily training schedules.
• Create supplemental online learning resources.
• Assist with data entry and platform configuration.
• Must reside in the Mountain region/MST time zone.
• 75% travel required.

Requirements

• Experience in software application training.
• Ability to create training materials.
• Proven customer-facing experience.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with eLearning authoring software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
