In Short

  • Support customers by onboarding and loading their data into the new environment.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks for a dynamic list of clients.
  • Communicate effectively about unexpected results in data processing.
  • Clean and upload client data including customer, product, and inventory information.
  • Develop familiarity with competitor PoS systems.
  • Document workflows and SOPs for scaling efforts.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy.
  • Track client status and respond to feedback promptly.
  • Work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Part-time position with up to 29 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Experience with Jira or similar work management systems.
  • Familiarity with API queries (REST or GraphQL).
  • Basic SQL skills for data queries and updates.
  • Python skills (pandas required) for data cleaning and analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities with empathy.
  • Effective time management and task prioritization.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
