Overview

As a Product Support Agent at Flowhub, you will be the voice of the company, providing world-class customer experiences in the cannabis industry.

In Short

  • Field and resolve customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and screen-sharing.
  • Manage communication around customer support requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and tickets for support requests.
  • Help customers navigate compliance workflows.
  • Escalate inquiries to appropriate channels as needed.
  • Must have a stable internet connection and designated workspace.
  • Available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience in a regulated industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with G-Suite applications.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in customer support.
  • Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
  • Comfortable with Windows, iOS, and Mac operating systems.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Knowledge of METRC or Biotrack is preferable.
  • Ability to think logically and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to manage own priorities.
  • Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in a fully remote environment.
