Overview

As a Product Support Agent at Flowhub, you will field and resolve inquiries from our customers through various communication methods, ensuring a world-class customer experience in the rapidly evolving cannabis industry.

In Short

  • Interact with customers via phone, chat, email, and screen-sharing solutions.
  • Manage customer support inquiries and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist customers with compliance workflows and product navigation.
  • Escalate technical inquiries as needed.
  • Work in a fully remote environment.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Must have strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • At least one year of experience in a regulated industry is preferred.
  • Competitive hourly rates and benefits package offered.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support in a regulated industry.
  • Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
  • Familiarity with Windows, iOS, and Mac operating systems.
  • Proficient in G-Suite applications.
  • Ability to think logically and follow troubleshooting processes.
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a designated workspace.
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and compliance laws.
  • Strong attention to detail.
