Overview

The Manager, Inside Sales for Professional New to Existing Sales will oversee a sales team, driving performance and results while collaborating with various internal partners to meet business objectives.

In Short

  • Manage and drive a sales team to meet and exceed quota.

  • Recruit and onboard new sales team members.

  • Travel up to 10% for sales events and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of sales management experience.
  • 5+ years of strategic/solutions sales experience.
  • Ability to coach individuals to achieve sales results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus and goal orientation.
  • Knowledge of the Tax & Accounting industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated learning aptitude for industry and product knowledge.
  • Experience in software/SaaS sales is a plus.
