Overview

The Member Engagement Copywriter will champion B2C copywriting for the Growth & Engagement Team at Carrot, crafting clear and compelling copy across various touchpoints to support individuals through their reproductive health journeys.

In Short

• Own end-to-end copywriting efforts for member audiences.
• Craft clear, persuasive, and on-brand copy.
• Write and update copy for evolving product features.
• Collaborate with lifecycle marketing managers for personalized emails.
• Contribute to member content strategy.
• Review and edit copy for consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, marketing, or similar.
• 4–8 years of experience as a copywriter or similar role.
• Experience writing email nurture journeys.
• Proven ability to write for various formats and channels.
• Strong UX writing skills.
• Experience writing webinars or online class content.
• Demonstrated success in optimizing copy for engagement.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Extreme attention to detail.
