Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Membership Engagement Manager to join our growing team. This role will be critical in managing relationships with current and potential NSTC members, which range from large multinational corporations to smaller, innovative startups.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with members.

• Guide new members through the onboarding process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in membership engagement or business development.
• Familiarity with semiconductor technology and industry trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for providing excellent service to members.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and initiatives.
• Experience participating in industry events.
• Proficiency with CRM software and communication platforms.
