The Global Sales Compensation Lead will design, implement, and manage commission frameworks to inspire Sales teams while aligning with Canva’s growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales compensation or sales operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Proven track record in commission frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves mindset for hands-on detail.
  • Bonus: experience with SOX or IPO readiness.
