Overview

As a Global Compensation Partner at Deel, you will support the global Sales organization in developing and implementing competitive compensation programs across more than 100 countries.

In Short

  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Sales leadership to shape compensation strategies.
  • Design competitive compensation frameworks for sales roles.
  • Conduct market analyses for compensation recommendations.
  • Manage the annual compensation cycle for the Sales function.
  • Evaluate job levels and compensation benchmarks.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and pay transparency requirements.
  • Maintain data integrity and support audit reporting.
  • Participate in global compensation surveys.
  • Identify process improvements for efficiency in operations.
  • Support remote and distributed teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in compensation, particularly for sales organizations.
  • Experience designing merit and promotion cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of global compensation principles.
  • Experience with market pricing and survey data.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience supporting remote teams is preferred.
