• Strong commercial experience managing frontend engineers.
• Experience driving significant technical changes as a leader and contributor.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to build scalable solutions.
• Solid frontend engineering experience with curiosity for AI in workflows.
• Passion for inclusive design.
