Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in quality engineering and/or software development.
• 10+ years’ experience managing third party or managed services providers.
• 10+ years’ experience in banking and financial services.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, ITIL, DevOps, Agile.
• Demonstrated quality engineering experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse cost vs risk trade-offs.
• Excellent stakeholder influence and communication skills.
• Demonstrated strength in people leadership.
