Customer Solutions Architect - DACH - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Solutions Architect at Camunda, you will play a crucial role in helping customers realize value from our products, guiding them through their journey from initial project to scaled adoption.

In Short

• Enable customers to realize value by guiding them from first project to scaled adoption.
• Establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders within customer accounts.
• Collaborate with account teams on strategic development to drive adoption and expansion.
• Contribute to internal projects to improve services and customer experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages and enterprise software frameworks.
• Understanding of DevOps topics, especially Kubernetes.
• Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Willingness to spend time on-site with accounts as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in enterprise automation, business process management, or related fields is a plus.
• Relevant industry certifications are an asset.
