Overview

The main objective of this role is to develop the CCaaS market as well as plan and implement sales strategies for new and existing customers.

In Short

  • Solicit new business within assigned accounts or territory
  • Manage assigned existing accounts
  • Prepare proposals and close effectively
  • Develop strategy within specific markets
  • Manage sales forecasts using Salesforce CRM
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with clients
  • Participate in trade shows and webinars
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Strong knowledge of CCaaS Software Solutions
  • 8-10 years of experience in the IT/Telecom industry

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant work experience
  • Experience with selling contact center solutions
  • Exceptional ability to persuade and negotiate
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid passport and driver's license
  • Availability to travel to US/Canada approx. 20-30% of the time
