Remote Billing Analyst

Overview

The Remote Billing Analyst is responsible for maintaining the billing system, ensuring accurate customer service charges, and providing a positive interface experience for clients.

In Short

• Daily maintenance of the billing system
• Assist in monthly bill closes
• Process onboarding orders and ensure data accuracy
• Refine onboarding process in SalesForce and billing system
• Manage contract renewals and apply charges in the billing system
• Engage with DEV for pricing override entries
• Provide project-based reporting as required
• Assist with billing vendor relationships
• Resolve customer disputes and issues
• Support billing system integration projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• 3+ years of billing experience
• Detail-oriented with computational accuracy
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure
• Ownership mentality of role and projects
• Track record of meeting deadlines
