Remote Billing Analyst

Overview

The Remote Billing Analyst is responsible for maintaining the billing system, ensuring accurate billing processes, and providing excellent customer service during billing disputes.

In Short

• Daily maintenance of the billing system.
• Assist in monthly bill closes.
• Process onboarding orders and ensure data accuracy.
• Refine onboarding processes in SalesForce.
• Process MACDs and apply manual charges.
• Handle service conversions and ensure correct billing.
• Manage contract renewals and maintain contract details.
• Engage with DEV for pricing overrides.
• Provide project-based reporting as needed.
• Assist in customer dispute resolutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in billing.
• Detail-oriented with strong computational accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Track record of meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable in a dynamic technical environment.
