Overview

The HR Business Partner – Canada is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR support and payroll administration for Canadian operations. This role ensures compliance with provincial and federal regulations, manages employee lifecycle processes, and oversees benefits, payroll, and office administration.

In Short

  • Deliver end-to-end HR support for Canadian operations.
  • Manage payroll administration and compliance.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes.
  • Ensure compliance with provincial and federal regulations.
  • Provide exceptional employee experience.
  • Coordinate annual renewal of group insurance plans.
  • Assist in recruiting efforts and candidate screening.
  • Maintain HRIS and provide reporting to management.
  • Organize internal and external office events.
  • Provide translation services when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in Canadian payroll.
  • Experience with HRIS (Employeur D) and ERP (Business Central) systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French.
  • CHRP designation or equivalent is an asset.
