Overview

Williams Lea is hiring for a Remote Senior Billing Analyst to work Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

In Short

  • Remote position with Monday to Friday schedule.
  • Pay rate between $26.60 and $28.00 per hour.
  • Responsible for all aspects of client billing including preparation and analysis.
  • Requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Minimum of four years of billing experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Must have excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with Aderant or Elite/Elite 3E preferred.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Minimum four years of billing experience in a law firm or professional organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Document Management Systems (DMS).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work overtime during peak periods.
  • Self-directed with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to create spreadsheets and generate reports.
