Billing Business Senior Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Billing Business Analyst - Integrations, you will provide support to the Global Finance Services (GFS) NA Billing group by defining requirements while also bringing in your vast knowledge of operational billing processes.

In Short

• Become an expert in Experian's billing platforms and capabilities.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work with technical teams to design, test, and launch billing solutions.
• Develop and deploy Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Communicate with executive management regarding project status.

Requirements

• 5+ years of billing experience with knowledge of complex billing cycles.
• Data querying skills including Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience presenting to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree with an Accounting/Finance concentration.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business or ERP System.
• Experience with financial and reporting systems.
