Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst at Verinext, you will play a crucial role in an Agile Scrum Team, collaborating closely with the Product Owner to evaluate business needs and gather requirements, while contributing to strategic product development.

In Short

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to develop strategic initiatives.
• Lead requirements gathering efforts with business partners.
• Create project documentation including process flows and wireframes.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories.
• Conduct research to assess potential solutions for business challenges.
• Maintain a well-organized product backlog of user stories.
• Participate in all scrum ceremonies.
• Support QA and UAT testing.
• Engage in UX design sessions as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of agile/scrum methodologies.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• 5 years of experience in the retirement industry or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience with SQL and MS Office.
• Experience defining user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a scrum team.
• Experience with Microsoft CRM and Dynamics Unified Service Desk.
