Senior Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Analyst on our Analytics team, you will help track, analyze, advise and constantly improve the performance of our business using both qualitative and quantitative metrics. This team works closely with every other group at our company, including Finance, Product, Sales, Engineering, and Operations.

• Identify, gather and analyze large amounts of data quickly and effectively.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to structure new datasets.
• Write SQL to capture and normalize datasets.
• Design and implement intuitive dashboards.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Structure ambiguous analytics problems into achievable projects.
• Execute analytics projects.
• 3+ years of analytics or business operations experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and statistical analysis.
• Excellent communicator with problem-solving skills.

• 3+ years of analytics, product, or business operations experience.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with statistical analysis and data analytics.

• Experience in Fintech or subscription services is a plus.
