Billing Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Billing Analyst will play a key role in supporting HONK’s Accounting and Finance teams by ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, assisting with accounts payable and receivable functions, and reconciling financial data.

In Short

• Prepare and issue client invoices
• Process incoming payments and apply them to accounts
• Generate customized invoice formats
• Review account ledgers for discrepancies
• Collaborate with the Engineering team on billing errors
• Manage a portfolio of smaller client accounts
• Communicate with clients regarding account status
• Support internal and external audits
• Perform ad-hoc account reconciliations

Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with accounting software
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using Mac OS
• Prior experience in roadside assistance or customer service is a plus
