Perform specialized employee benefits billing analysis.
Work with business partners to understand billing requirements.
Produce employee deduction reports from Payroll and Benefit Administration Systems.
Analyze billing data and validate billing premiums.
Create reports for invoice reconciliation and auditing.
Populate carrier invoices.
Support clients and business partners regarding invoices.
Document processes and project statuses.

Requirements

BA/BS in Finance or Computer Science.
Minimum of 2 years in insurance, finance, or data analysis.
Experience in systems analysis and business applications.
Knowledge of SQL Server and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to interpret insurance benefit plans.
Experience with Accounting and Payroll Systems.
Familiarity with Project Management tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
