Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Specialist will work with Brokers and Groups to ensure the successful setup and functioning of Benefit Administration sites, confirming onboarding with carriers and managing the transition of cases onto the platform.

In Short

• Lead and manage implementation of new business.
• Become an expert in benefit administration platforms.
• Gather case essentials and coordinate with the Build Team.
• Test and correct the benefit administration system.
• Ensure accuracy of information prior to open enrollment.
• Request and verify carrier and TPA paperwork.
• Create and send carrier census templates.
• Complete a checklist for the Connections team.
• Partner with Account Manager for post-implementation troubleshooting.
• Maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• College graduate or relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of ancillary coverage group insurance products.
• Familiarity with Carrier Eligibility system requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize large amounts of data.
• Critical thinking and problem analysis skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
