In Short

  • Lead, inspire and align a small team of HRBPs with the key stakeholders in the business.
  • Advise the Csuite and key partners in all matters critical to performance management, organizational development, succession and workforce planning.
  • Coach leaders to drive high performance culture and develop succession planning strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop best practices for center of excellence functions.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
  • Drive initiatives and partner with people operations to support a high performance culture.
  • Establish clear goals, performance metrics and accountability practices.
  • Own the Service Level Agreement and accountability for internal clients.
  • Partner with colleagues to drive smart and effective communications.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws.
