In Short

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level software for high-traffic platforms.
• Oversee and mentor junior and senior software developers and QA developers.
• Collaborate with Digital Strategy & Marketing teams for customer-centric solutions.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability across platforms.
• Drive strategic initiatives contributing to customer value and business revenue.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team performance.
• Champion best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level software development.
• Experience with ReactJS, NextJS, and cloud technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building enterprise-level software.
• Hands-on expertise with ReactJS, NextJS, Windows Azure, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience leading software development teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management software (Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Experience in B2B/B2C and ecommerce optimization is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with enterprise content management systems is a plus.
