Overview

As a Remote Customer Care and Sales Advisor at Sparklight, you will play a key role in connecting customers to essential services while providing empathetic support and sales assistance.

  • Assist customers with billing questions and service scheduling.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with empathy.
  • Working knowledge of Cable One products and services.
  • Ability to ask effective questions to identify customer needs.
  • Patience and professionalism in customer interactions.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform tasks using hands.
  • May be required to lift up to 10 pounds.
