Overview

The Technical Care Specialist Trainee resolves technical issues for Cable One video and internet service customers in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.

In Short

  • Answers calls from Cable One customers and responds to inquiries.
  • Troubleshoots technical problems with video and internet services.
  • Provides accurate and prompt resolution to technical issues.
  • Creates and notates service tickets for selected calls.
  • Stays current on technology and software issues affecting customers.
  • Provides feedback regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Handles other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; or related experience.
  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and write reports.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Mathematical skills for computations.
  • Ability to analyze problems and draw conclusions.
