Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research.
• 3+ years of industrial engineering experience preferred.

• Training in time studies and DMAIC methodology.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to train employees on new processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-starter.
