As a Lead Software Engineer at 8th Light, you will lead high-stakes consulting engagements and build high-quality, maintainable software using a variety of technologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong leadership skills in high-stakes environments.
• Experience with AI-assistive development tools.
• Proficiency in software architecture and design.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience with Git, MacOS/Linux, and CI/CD.
• Strong problem-solving skills in technical and non-technical challenges.
• Experience in MLOps and Data Engineering is a plus.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code is preferred.
