Overview

The Lifecycle & Growth Manager will lead the strategy for acquiring, activating, retaining, and reactivating Riders and Drivers, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth. The focus will be on optimizing conversion at each stage of the funnel and maximizing Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), managing campaign execution, and continuously improving the user experience.

In Short

  • Design and execute acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation strategies for Riders and Drivers.
  • Maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) through engagement and loyalty strategies based on data analysis.
  • Manage campaign execution and efficient budget distribution ensuring profitability.
  • Analyze user behavior to identify improvement opportunities in their journey on the platform.
  • Collaborate with the Marketplace Manager to align strategies for sustainable supply and demand.
  • Coordinate with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to drive growth initiatives.
  • Lead experimentation and process optimization through A/B testing and data-driven decision making.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Growth, Lifecycle Marketing, or Trade Marketing, preferably in startups or digital platforms.
  • Experience in acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation strategies focused on sustainable growth.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Tableau).
  • Experience optimizing the user journey to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Knowledge in paid media (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) and acquisition strategies.
  • Understanding of unit economics and LTV/CAC ratio to ensure profitability in growth strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical skills for metric-based decision making.
  • Ability to align key stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Leadership and team management skills promoting alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
