Overview

The National Sales Development Manager oversees sales management within a designated territory or nationally, cultivating strong relationships with key account personnel and providing strategic advice on marketing and retail execution.

  • Support Client Service Specialist in managing claims and trade deals.
  • Travel less than 10% for national trade shows and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
  • 3+ years of CPG experience.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to interpret and use multiple information sources.
  • Proficient in data interpretation (SPINS, Nielsen, IRI).
  • Proven relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
