Overview

The Inside Sales Rep key responsibility is new business acquisition for Buckman's business segments through identifying target customers, following up on web inquiries, execute on cold calling campaigns with key performance metrics focused on lead qualification, pipeline development, and closing opportunities. Leverage Buckman's capabilities, utilize voice of customer and market trends, in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and target campaigns to meet sales and profitability. Participate in the SOP processes. Collaborate with business development, research and development, marketing and technology, and smart digital in accelerating customer acquisition and providing unmatched Customer Experience. This role is responsible for championing a high safety culture, setting the strategy to win, and delivering results.

In Short

  • Drive NA Growth with portfolio of Customers that can and prefer to be served from a virtual platform.
  • Initial focus will be on New Customer Acquisition, Upsell, and Recapture opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics to drive revenue growth.
  • Build sustainable Sales Pipeline Growth/Health and forecast revenue to ensure achievement of targets.
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our products and services to potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in Dynamics CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively evaluate opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors' Degree
  • 2 years + experience in Inside Sales or Business Development with proven performance record
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding Sales Targets and KPIs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools.
