Consultant Relations Director - Remote

Overview

The Director of Consultant Relations is a key external-facing role responsible for deepening and expanding relationships with our network of benefits brokers, consultants, and third-party evaluators across the U.S. This role requires a strategic mindset and excellent relationship-building skills.

In Short

• Support new business growth through established consultant firms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with various firm tiers.
• Assess new firm and consultant distribution opportunities.
• Partner with executive leadership and client services teams.

• Manage RFP process and consultant database updates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for timely completion of requests.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consultant relations or client service.
• Strong benefits administration knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; CFA/MBA is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Client service mindset.
• Ability to prepare internal and external communications.
• Project management skills to balance multiple projects.
• Ability to travel (<25%).
