  • Document and cultivate key contacts within WTW.
  • Articulate Sword's differentiators and value proposition.
  • Maximize participation in WTW vendor management initiatives.
  • Facilitate meetings to discuss trends and growth opportunities.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Manage Salesforce database for WTW.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience with major benefits consulting firms, especially WTW.
  • Strong sales and prospecting skills.
  • Experience in rapport building and business development.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and intellectually curious.
  • Ability to learn complex enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
