Director of Consultant Relations - Remote

Overview

Hello Heart is seeking a talented Director of Consultant Relations who will play a critical part in our commercial team, working in collaboration with our sales and customer success teams to develop and build relationships with consultants and brokers.

In Short

• Develop and nurture relationships with key contacts in the consulting community.
• Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with key groups at Hello Heart to ensure informed work.
• Create purpose-built content to improve solution knowledge.
• Manage a team of consultant relations managers.
• Coordinate/participate in events sponsored by consulting firms.
• Optimize investments in consulting vendor programs.
• Assist with responding to consultant-sourced RFPs.
• Travel expectation is 50%.
• Reports directly to the VP of Consultant Relations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic account management or consulting.
• Experience at a benefits consulting or brokerage firm preferred.
• MBA and/or MPH or experience in management consulting a plus.
• Relationships with firms such as Mercer, Aon, WTW required.
• Experience with a digital health solution, preferably in a start-up environment.
• Excellent poise and presentation skills.
• Strong writing skills.
• Adept at social selling and networking.
• Driven to work in a growing company.
• Ability to leverage technology and tools.
