The Sr. Director, Consultant Relations and Partnerships will play a critical role in Virta’s continued growth by ensuring the market understands our unique offerings and differentiated outcomes. This leader will serve as a player-coach, overseeing a team dedicated to cultivating strong relationships with consultants and brokers while also forging strategic partnerships within the broader ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller and relationship builder, capable of inspiring and guiding a team toward initiatives that deliver measurable impact for Virta.

In Short

• Define and execute on a strategy to improve understanding of and appreciation for Virta among consulting houses, brokerages, and ecosystem partners.
• Provide effective people leadership and performance management for individual contributors.
• Align organization around key performance indicators (KPIs) that connect team’s activities to commercial objectives.
• Partner effectively with Sales and Customer Success leadership.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to create educational material.
• Determine an effective conference and events strategy.
