Overview

The Consultant Relations Director will be accountable for developing key relationships with strategic consulting houses and for building awareness and growth opportunities at emerging local and national consultancies and/or brokers.

In Short

  • Manage and enhance relationships within the consulting and brokerage community.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships and Sales leadership.
  • Educate industry consultants about Cleo’s offerings.
  • Drive Cleo’s consulting and industry relationship strategy.
  • Develop growth and positioning plans.
  • Analyze and share feedback from partners.
  • Resolve client relationship challenges.
  • Coordinate response to RFIs.
  • Deliver tracking and reporting of channel partners.
  • Partner with marketing to develop impactful content strategies.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years experience with benefit and HR consultants.
  • Established relationships with leading benefits and HR consulting firms.
  • Success in driving sales through understanding enterprise clients.
  • Strong collaborative skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Able to set and achieve ambitious goals.
