Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in community management or digital customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer issues like billing and troubleshooting.
  • Organized and accountable with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish, or French is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Stable internet connection and a good working home environment.
  • Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule.
