Overview

As a Portuguese Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for users across social channels and email, supporting customers of a digital subscription-based product suite.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years in social care or digital customer service.
  • Fluent in English and near-native fluency in Portuguese.
  • Strong verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Comfortable with billing, subscriptions, and troubleshooting.
  • Organized and accountable.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Ability to work an 8-hour rotating shift.
  • A personal PC/Laptop with a stable internet connection.
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
