Overview

As a Portuguese Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for users across social channels and email, supporting customers of a digital subscription-based product suite while maintaining a positive brand presence.

  • Good working home environment with stable internet.
  • Organized and accountable.
  • Ability to work an 8-hour rotating shift.
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Interest in digital products and customer engagement.
