Overview

As a Spanish Bilingual: Social-First Customer Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for users across social channels and email, supporting customers of a digital subscription-based product suite and maintaining a positive brand presence.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to handle customer issues calmly under pressure.
  • Organized and accountable.
  • Personal PC/Laptop with a working webcam.
  • A stable internet connection.
  • General knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
