Overview

The Customer Service Agent will be the front line of communication between brands and their customers across multiple digital platforms, handling customer comments and reviews with empathy and maintaining the brand’s voice.

In Short

  • Monitor and engage with customer reviews and comments across various platforms.
  • Respond to potential customers via public responses, chat, email, and direct messages.
  • Identify trends or issues within customer communications.
  • Moderate reviews and comments to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Analyze user feedback for informed decision-making.
  • Work closely with clients to align community safety with brand values.
  • Maintain communication with management for updates and issue resolution.
  • Address public and private customer care issues.
  • Contribute to consistent quality across shifts.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in social care or digital customer service.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (B1 and above) required.
  • Strong verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Experience with social media platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift on a rotating schedule.
  • Organized, accountable, and calm under pressure.
