  • Lead the Private Equity Partnerships team at Brex.
  • Manage and scale relationships with existing PE firms.
  • Source and grow new partnerships with PE firms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive pipeline growth.
  • Execute co-marketing initiatives and events.
  • Travel frequently to deepen partner relationships.
  • Contribute to strategy and execution for PE partnerships.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams at Brex.
  • Focus on high-spend customers across all segments.
  • Drive new customer growth and engagement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in private equity, partnerships, or sales.
  • Understanding of the PE ecosystem and key players.
  • Experience with revenue responsibility and sales goals.
  • Strong business acumen and relationship management skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathetic relationship management skills.
  • Comfort with strategic negotiations and tactical initiatives.
