  • 10+ years in product, content, or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
  • 5+ years leading teams and strategic initiatives.
  • 2+ years leading high-performing teams.
  • Ability to travel to startup-focused events (20%+ travel required).
  • Customer-obsessed with empathy for startup challenges.
  • Proven track record of crafting customer-centric narratives.
  • Expertise in market segmentation and customer journey mapping.
  • Strategic thinker with tactical execution skills.
  • Proficiency with AI tools for productivity and content creation.
